Effective May 26, 2025, Campbell Chow has been appointed as the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Thurber Engineering Ltd. Campbell succeeds outgoing President Chris Workman who has provided exemplary leadership over the past five years.
Campbell joined Thurber in 1993. He has extensive experience in construction materials engineering services for infrastructure, industrial, and commercial projects. A Partner since 2005 and Managing Director since 2015, Campbell is based in Edmonton and is well known for his commitment to technical excellence and client service.
David Regehr has been appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Thurber. David, a Partner and Senior Geotechnical Engineer based in Vancouver, has been with Thurber for 25+ years. He brings a wealth of experience in geotechnical, geological, and environmental engineering, and will play a key role in driving operational excellence across the firm. David is committed to Thurber’s purpose of making a difference for people including clients, our staff, and our communities.
