Co-op students
and new graduates

Thurber hires co-op students from engineering programs across Canada. Our co-op students spend time in the field and lab applying what they’ve learned in school to real-life projects.

Co-op students and new graduates have access to Thurber’s multidisciplinary professionals who provide mentorship during the co-op term.

In British Columbia, students and new graduates can take part in our Young Professionals group to network and get support from peers.

Thurber is a member of Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia’s Accredited Employer Program. If you’re an engineer-in-training at Thurber, your application for professional registration is expedited.
